im new here,

 i had chronic fatigue syndrome, since 1995, got 85 percent better in 1987-2008, with medication.

in 2009, in march got a flu like thingy.. in early part of dec this year a dr took bloodwork and it came back showing that....

i have 1 reactive bank 41kd.

 can someone tell me what those that mean, does it mean i had lyme for years and didnt know, or is this lyme thing new.

lately im shaking and i have insommia, which i had from in april, but can you help me, do you know a good llmd in manhattan, new york, that i can go to. thanks

sorry for posting the wrong year, i got better in 1997-2008, with glamma globen injection, kuterpressen, b12 injection

Hi gee,

Welcome to Healingwell, I'm not sure if your reactive 41 band show a new or old infection. However I also show positive on band 41, and many of us do. It is usually one of the earliest bands to show positive. The testing for Lyme and other co-infections is not very accurate. Many people go undiagnosed for many years before getting the proper diagnosis. Many Lyme patients have an early diagnosis for CFS and find out years later they had undiagnosed Lyme, or other co-infections.

What Lab tested your blood? Have you been tested through IgeneX labs? This Lab specializes in tick borne infections.

a regular blood dr. found it, my pcp dr. didnt,

she just put me on doxy for 1 month, im feeling awful, i have 1 more day of the medicine. i have an appt with a gerald simmon, here in new york, but im not sure if hes right, the dr b. used to work there, and the gerald was dr.b.'s PA

Gee, welcome to the Board.

I believe you have gotten some very good information in the past on another Lyme board.

I am not sure what more we can add to the advice they have given you, but we will try and help all we can.
