Looks like we got pregnant on our first attempt. Yikes! Didn't expect that to happen so fast. Needless to say, I couldn't be sicker and it only just begun. My first pregnancy was brutal and this is starting out even worse so I expect the next 9 months to be hell. The only good thing is the ending and getitng to come home with another beautiful baby and of course feeling much better again as I did after my daughter was born. Can I fast forward to September please? I hate being this sick. Ugh!

Woohoooo! Congrats! I'm glad it was the baby making you sick and not Lyme!

Will you be on amoxicillian?

Congratulatons, another baby you must be so happy. I hope things are easier on you this time. I have always been lucky and not had morning sickness more than a few times with my 2 babys.

My Husband would be very diasponted if it happened the first time. I think the only way I can talk him into another baby is with promise of all the practice.

Wow JeminiJ,

Congratulations!  You must be so excited!  Have you ever tried brewing fresh ginger root to make a tea to help with the morning sickness or any type of nauseau?   My best friend's daughter was very sick during her first pregnancy (she didn't have lyme) and fresh ginger helped her so much..

Congrats!! Peppermint tea helps too, if you don't like ginger!

Red raspberry leaf tea is what they recommended years ago for morning sickness. Congratulations!

Ohhh Dowa is right! I now remember drinking that when I was pregnant, it's yummy too!!

I sucked on ginger sticks for three whole months with my second pregnancy. It really helped.

Hmmmm, now I'm second guessing myself. Was it ginger or cinnammon sticks? I don't remember but one of them did help, lol.

I tried everything with my first. I had to go on zofran. I couldn't get upright for almost 5 months because the nausea was so bad and I ended up losing a lot of weight and in the hospital with a picc line and home iv's for fluids. It was really a nightmare, but worth it in the end. I just hope this one goes a little more smoothly but considering I am only 4 weeks (barely) and already this sick doesn't give me much hope. I will be happy when I'm at the end. I am not a good pregnant person. Already complaining and wanting nothing more but to stay in bed but with a 21 months old, that is impossible so I am doing my best to push through the long days ahead of me. I know it will be all be worth it in the end to have another beautiful baby in my arms.
