Theres a place that acutually takes medicare????? Seriously???
Martha,
It really is great at relaxing and letting go of stress... if I dont go for a couple of days, my son (whos 6) says "Ah mom, maybe you should go to yoga" I seem to have much more patience :) My skin looks great too, except now Im breaking out which is telling me that "crud" is really comming out of my lymph system..
:)
I wouldnt reccommend it if your on heavy duty antibiotic treatment, but even if you do feel just awful, racked with pain, if you can get there, and just be in childs pose and breath, I think it will really help. I was so sick when I started 40 days ago, neurological issues, pain, spine issues, and I still went... I had to atleast try as I am so tired of giving all of myself to this darn disease. I am by no means in remission from my endeavor, but I am very hopeful I am on the right path,,, when I tell you I couldnt sit because of my hips, I am not kidding... that is no longer an issue... we put so much emphasis on these powerful medicatons to cure this illness when in my opionion, once its gone on for so long, the chance of curing it with antibiotics is nill.... (My opinion).
At least thats where I'm at... and I will let you all know how I fair in the upcomming months... Martha, thank you for starting this thread... Im assuming you live in Ma, that is where I was born and lived most of my life.. Westport area.. I now live in Pa and guess Im really greatful for this yoga studio as people travel like an hour just to come to the classes cause no other yoga touches it... I even tried a yoga class at the Y, and it didnt even compare... the heat is awesome and my body really likes it... Thanks again for starting this thread :) There are no coincidences
