Ayurvedic Medicine

In 2004 I went to an ayurvedic treatment research center and did 21 day panchakarma treatment. Everyday hot oil massage by 2 girls trained in Kerela style Ayurveda. By the time I left I could feel all my organs completely lubricated inside.
It was a very sparse type set up in a town in the hills outside Bombay. I didn't know I had lyme then. They had a room they were building that it was all mud walls and all these herbs were growing off the walls. they said for every day you spend in this room/hut it gives you back a year of your life. It wasn't finished while I was there.

I do know that sandlewood oil is excelent for your nervous system. Another Ayervidic doc checked me out last year and told me I had no myalin sheath left to my nervous system. (LYME)
It get's complicated between what your vikruti and prikruti is. vatta pitta kappha body types and diets. I also went to Vasant Latt school in Albeqquerqie in 2005 but had to dropout because I was so sick after hysterectomy but one of the things we did everyday was hot oil massage on our bodies for 20 minutes every day. Usually Sesamee oil is used slightly heated and you rub it into your joints and on scalp and sit for 20 min before washing off.
another thing that always helps me but turns the tub red (but it washes off the tub) is using red sandalwood powder instead of soap. It really helps with the nervous system.

I was so sick back then too and didn't know about the lyme. I been all over the place like everyone else trying to figure out why I kept falling apart and in so much pain but I definitely recomment heating up the sesame oil and rubbing it on all your joints. it gets messy but it is very healing.

Olive oil . Coconut oil also. I remember my last day when I got back too
Mombai near airport the spa at hotel was Olive Oil Spa.
It was awsome. Depok Chopra is very big on olive oil.

If you go to health food store and sniff sandlewood oil tester see how you feel.
Pure sandlewood oil is expensive.

I became allergic when I started on thyroid meds in 2001. It all started when I had had a miscarriage and hemorrhaged. I was in the hospital for a week. The docs wanted to give me a transfusion but I said no. I took a long time to recover and that is when the docs said I had hypothyroid. I took the meds for 3 years. At first I did not know what was going on. I was not able to eat raw apples any more. When I did the roof of my mouth would get red and itchy. Then it was carrots too. Over time cucumber, cherries, grapes, almonds, peaches, and plums. I could eat them if they were cooked but not if they were raw, even in juice form. The doctors did not know what to do. Over time the reaction got stronger. The swelling moved into my throat. Making it difficult to breath. If I tried to cut up carrots for dinner my throat would swell.

After taking the meds for 3 years. I had bowel trouble. My stools were coming out pencil thin. I ended up having bowel sugary. Again I hemorrhaged, the surgeon was impressed. He put me on a diet of blueberry, banana and flax seed shakes. I stayed on this for a month(it was only supposed to be a couple of weeks). I was scared to eat real food. It hurt to poop!
I also went off the meds. I was amazed at the stuff that came out of me. Knowing that I was not cheating and the only thing going into me was the shakes. My skin cleared up and I felt great. At the end of this time I told my doc that I had been off the thyroid meds for a month. She told me to stay off it for 2 more months and then we would test and see if I still needed them. I was on a small dose.

Over this time I was able to eat some of the last foods that had give me problems. When I went back on the meds the allergies came back. My doctor told me this is not possible. There is no documentation showing that this can happen. I went to an endocrinologist who diagnosed my with hashimoto's disease and an allergy to beef. My thyroid test can not be done with beef. Over the next year we tried several different thyroid meds. They all did the same thing. The endocrinologist did not know what to do with me. So I was told to seek alternative treatment. I was also told if I did not take the meds my system would shut down and I would die.

In 2005 I found a naturopath/oriental medicine doc. She did a allergy test and took me off of sugar, dairy, soy and gluten. I have been off the meds. The allergies are almost gone. Just in the last two months I have been able to eat carrots. I tried a little apple the other day and was OK. It was covered in sauce. I am very afraid of raw apples.

I don't do a lot of tumeric cumin, and cardaman. I can start adding this to my food.
No almond milk.

I do do lots of coriander(cilantro) and ginger.

I don't do coffee(or caffeine) It gives me an upset tummy

The allergies from lyme? Maybe

For protein I do nuts, fish, and free range fowl.

I have lived on the east and west coast. I also have also lived in France in 1993. I do not remember being bit but I have had a history of on and off rash and flu. My Igenex western blot test results are;
