I need your help!

First of all, as we communicate, please, please forgive me if I misunderstand what you are saying!!!! I can be a little dense (thick-headed) at times ......well okay a lot of times!!! Giggle!!!
I will do some investigating & see how I can help you find a LLMD somewhere around where you live. No promises, most likely I will only be able to steer you in the right direction to a group who can email you some names of LLMD's.

From what I remember of your posts, I would venture to say that you most likely are experiencing Lyme Disease symptoms, but I will re-read this thread & some of your other posts as well.

With that being said, yes, I do believe that you need to see an LLMD even if your test results do come back negative. I didn't test positive until AFTER being on strong abx for Lyme Disease & the co-infections for a full year!! As the bottom of my posts say - Absence of proof is not proof of absence.

Give me a little time & we will see what I can come up with!!!

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I have had to help out with a few mini emergencies with a couple of friends.

I don't have a clue about how accurate Canadian labs may be, but Igenix is supposed to be the most sensitive & the most accurate lab in the US for tick-borne illnesses.

You should start a new thread asking the entire membership this questions - but be prepared, there are many differing opinions on this subject!

As far as LLMD referrals go, you will need to ask for yourself as they need some pretty specific info from you - but, here are the only links I can come up with for you;

Have you been to the Canlyme site yet? I don't know what your native language is or which language you prefer to deal with, but they do have a section that is in French - I believe this is so, as I don't speak French so I have absolutely no clue as to what is being said in those pages!!!

There is one other thing you can do. Start a new thread here on Healing Well, stating where you are & asking if someone knows of a LLMD near your area. You should also add how close you are to the US border & what states in the US you would be willing to travel to in order to get treatment by a LLMD.
