I am very disappointed that the one Dr in Chester County PA, which has the HIGHEST incedence of Lymes in the country, is in jepoardy of not being able to practice!! He is the only Dr in the area who is truly intersted in the well being of the patient and not lining the pockets of the insurance and drug companies. His treatment protocol is proven and successful. When was the last time you heard of an insurance or drug company going out of business? But the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine is willing to put a Dr out of business and hundreds of patients who are being successfully treated at risk. Lymes Disease has affected everyone in my family, I have friends who say it has ruined thier lives. Are we now going to be forced to find another physician who will start at square one with diagnostic tests not to mention the additional costs? Also in Kennett Square is another dr who moved into this area from out of state JUST to cash in on the Lymes epidemic here, she charges $1k cash up front just to be seen and does not accept insurance.  I have a friend whose entire family went to her and were treated for 2 years before I convinced her to see Dr F and they are now on maintainance treatment and doing well. Hundreds of patients' health are at stake and we are all subject to the beaurocracy of big business interest.  He is a patient advocate whose interest is healing people with Lymes, not adding to the bottomline of insurance and drug companies and for this, he is in jeopardy of losing his living. Only in America can this happen.  I am interested in starting a letter writing campaign to have our voices heard in the state of PA. Any interested parties please respond. Time is of the essence.

What is the reason that he is not able to practice? If it is the doctor that I think it is it has nothing to do with treating Lyme. Am I correct?

You might want to get the video "Under Our Skin" and see what "they" have done to doctors who treat lyme in other states. There's a reason we're not allowed to use names of doctors on this forum!!.... I'm truly sorry this is happening in Pennsylvania although I shouldn't be surprised.

Hi,

He was my doc also, but because of the current scandel, I have had to resort to finding a new doc.. fortunately,the new doc takes my insurance..  and he is a member of ilads and follows burascannos guidelines.. One of the thing that I found interesting is that this new doc said if I dont treat the co-infections first, I will not get better no matter how hard we go after the lyme.. perhaps thats why I didnt respond well to Dr. Fs treatment..  because I am loaded with bartonella.. So here is to hoping I'm on the right path.. Regardless, I love Dr. F, and your right, very caring and not out to make a fortune off his pateints.. nothing aggravates me more than seeing how sick people are being taken advantage of..  I would help on that petition if you like..

For bartonella try Zhang's HH caps. Take 6 caps 3x a day 3 days per week. They are powerful. I took them and herxed like mad.

I did a search.  I found an article about it.  What a shame!  I talked to several of his patients and no one ever said anything bad about him!  Poor doc!   I don't believe in conspiracy theories in general, but this smells like a set up!  I would love to sign a petition, but he was not my Dr.  Sorry I can't help! :(

If someone would clear something up for me, please. I am of the understanding that the reason most of the LLMD's do not accept insurance is so they can practice outside the box, so to speak. So if you find an LLMD that will accept insurance, does that mean he goes strictly by the "normal" tests and guidelines? Just curious.

I believe treatment is an individual protocol...that one thing will work for one and won't for another. In my case, I have lyme and mercury toxicity. Haven't been tested yet for co-infections... but if lyme holds onto the mercury, then it's a waste of time to treat the mercury until the lyme is under control. So if Bart is worse than lyme in patients, then go after the Bart first, etc. etc. etc. Some patients will have lyme as the worst one. Does this sound reasonable?

They taste nasty put they pack a punch. If you buy the regular caps you'll need to take 6 caps 3x a day for 3 days per week.
