NOt sure, but please be careful; after I had tested + for lyme, and took abx for 3 weeks, my tests were negative. 2 mo later, my tests were similar to yours, one IGM + and one IGG+. Let me tell you, when my symptoms got worse, within a month, the tests became + again, and I have had 3 more tests all IGM + band 23 and 41. Sometimes I get a + IGG band, on top of IGM +. Sometimes it takes time to get a + test. Sometimes people go on abx and then their test "magically" turns from negative to +. If you continue to feel worse, get tested again--you may be surprised, But I hope in the mean time, you'll get some treatement and see a good doc that will diagnose you (or not) with lyme, based on clinical examination, rather then tests. Please do not trust the tests--they are not accurate. Trust yourself, your symptoms, read all you can read about the symptoms and lyme and decide for yourself... I have RA symptoms but I do not have RA. I am not D-def but in all honesty, I do not see how on Earth you'd have 2 + bands for the lyme test because you are D-def--in my oppinion, there is something else going on. The symptoms for Lyme and vit D def. may overlap, but the tests results should not!
Good luck!
