I would love to hear what people are treating bartonella with
and what people are treating erchilles with
and if they are trying to treat these coinfections before or after treating the lyme?

I heard the bartonella is tuffer to get rid of than the lyme.

I do not have erchi, so I can't comment on that, but my LLMD thinks I have Bartonella and he will probably start me on treatement for it next mo. He did not seem to think Barto is harder to get rid of than Lyme--at least that was my impression, but I will let you know more next mo after I talk to him. I am still nursing my baby, and he said he could not treat me for Barto until I am done with this, so he only gave me abx (2 of them) for Lyme, last and first time I saw him.

bucci, what is erchilles? I did a search and did not find it. Just one more gross thing that ticks carry??

I think Bucci means "Ehrlichiosis", +Lyme. I never remember how to spell it, I just looked it up now.

Doxycycline is supposed to get rid of Ehrilichia (and Anaplasma)...
