All, I was reminded tonight of how much being sick sucks. I had to run to catch a train, luggage and all...and, I mean run...up stairs, across a bridge and down stairs. And, though I caught the train, I also experienced extreme pain into my jaw and teeth. Yes, it is angina. I saw a cardiologist in Connecticut who said he's seen pretty much everything imaginable in Lyme patients, but I was unique. I had a stress test and my blood pressure didn't rise appropriately. Therefore, my heart didn't fill and so I do not get enough oxygen to my tissues, including my heart, when I exert myself. He was happy to be able to tell me why I feel the way I feel when I exert myself. But, to me, all it means is that I am getting more ill. Sudden exertion situations don't happen often, but when they do, they make me realize how desperate I am for a cure.
Does anybody else get cardiac pain with exertion? Has anyone else had an abnormal stress test?
I am getting ready to buy a "Rife" type machine. Everything else has failed. I don't want to kick the bucket without turning over every stone. I hear that the Yahoo groups site is the place to go for info on this, but if any of you have done will with this, I'd love to hear your stories.
Happy New Year...let's hope it's a good one for us all.
Hey Doc,
Sorry to hear you are suffering with angina, among other things. You mentioned that "everything else has failed". I've been away from the forum for several months so I'm way behind here and have a lot of catching up to do. What other things have you done to treat Lyme Disease? What protocols have you been on and what co infections do you have and how have they been treated? I assume you have been treated by an LLMD and have gone the abx route and all of that--right?
