PAIN FREE TODAY!

For those of you who have supported me and given me great advice and/or followed any or all of my posts....

.....I can happily say that right now--- right this minute---after being on Amoxicillin for almost three weeks (after my disasterous relapse from stopping Doxy).....I feel pretty good!  I even played tennis yesterday for an hour!!!!

Maybe yesterday and today are just good days with some baddies to follow-- but for the first time in over 4 months NOTHING HURTS like it used to. 

 Even my stubborn elbow pain that I've had for a year is considerably diminished!  And my stiff neck is almost nil. 

I don't think I'm out of the woods yet.....but for now, the 'dark time' seems to be past me.

Knock on wood that tomorrow or next week I won't have to take this all back and be screamiing with pain again !!!!!!!!   

It must be remebered that I have not had a positive blood test for Lyme....just a good LLMD (finally)  who BELIEVED I had Lyme, based soley on my symptoms.

Yes....I'm still on the Amoxicillin. 500 mgs 3 x day. Tolerating it very well. Don't know how long I will have to be on it at this point or if doc will want to switch meds.

Doing a lot of trigger point work too...and stretching....plus the SAMe, loads of vitamins, Teasel and Neurodetox-- dr. J's.

I'm trying not to take any NSAIDs in order to really keep track of pain progress.

Not feeling 100% tonight tho.....a little upper body nerve pain and head feels a little weird. But it's slight. Could be the Teasel doing something....???? but I don't know. Just giving it a try.
