Sorry you are feeling this way, Marzena.
I understand that you don't have time to rest. What you can do, what worked for me, is to find easier ways to do things. For example, if you normally do something standing up, try to do it sitting down. Get some help whenever you can. Find simpler ways to do things. I know, all this calls for creative thinking which is hard when you are not feeling well.
Also, sometimes it is very helpful to just lie down for five minutes and completely relax. Do this several times a day. Make sure you lie down some place where people won't walk on you!
Gentle exercise can help you keep your strength. Yoga is the best for this.
Hope you feel better.

When I had the bad dizzies, it helped to keep my head very, very still and straight ahead even while walking around and doing things. Not much of a tip! But every little bit helps I guess.

I found that ginger biscuits helped me. I thought I'd give it a go since it used to work for me with travel sickness, and my friend used to take ginger for dizziness/sickness in pregnancy. Also helped with all my carbohydrate cravings!
