Sleepiness

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a great day! I am fairly new to Lyme, just started abx about 9 days ago and I was wondering is there anything that you can take to help with the sleepiness? Does anyone else experience this, if you do could you please share what helps you?

I took a nap everyday for a long time. Now that I am feeling better I barely ever do. Once you start to feel better, the fatigue will start to pass. I have really found that taking an afternoon nap rejuvenates me and helps me get through the second half of the day.

Thank you springsjean, maybe I just need to take more naps and I won't be so fatigue! You give me hope!

Not only will u feel bettter it will help your body kick the illness.
