LOL!! RR!!
You gave me a good giggle t his am!! I read your post, and I laughed as I looked around my house & saw all of the notes I have pasted on the walls, on cabinets & numerous other things!! I'm beyond the keeping notes thing now, because I can't remember the notes!!! LOL!!!
I have plenty of fuzzies stored up in my brain!!
They are growing into dust bunnies as we speak!
OK, I'll be a
little more serious now. I have lived with brain fog so bad I couldn't hardly function for a few years. At one point it got so bad that I would go into a store & with in a half hour I was so lost inside that store that I didn't know how to find a way out.
I have found a few little 'tricks' that work for me. Frequently, just wearing a hat in the store will help. I sometimes need to wear sunglasses into a store also. This one is directly related to the flourescent lighting that stores use & how they can mess with the eyes & brain function.
I have had to use the hat, sunglasses, and a MP3 player in order to get what I need from a busy store. I have noticed that the MP3 player helps me keep my attention in a really strange way. It's like my brain is on overdrive and in order to slow it down I have to distract it from the random thoughts.
I told you it was weird!!!
In order to keep the brain fog in check at least some, I have to detox regularly also. This is the only thing that I have found to be effective in reducing my brain fog.
