Hi, I am looking into some local LL Psychiatric care for clients.  Does anyone have any experience with Dr.B in New City NY? Or anyone else in the northern NJ area?  Need help for an adolescent and an adult.

Also, anyone have experience at Columbia Pres psyc inpatient, or general inpatient?  I had thought they'd be lyme friendly.

columbia has a special lyme program. I think it is more of a study but if you call there they may be able to refer you. what is your lyme doctor saying?

Hi,

Thanks for everyone's feedback!  I am familiar with the ones, VS and RB and was looking to expand the network.  I am disappointed in columbia.  No support for inpatient, little lyme awareness, no risk willing to be taken, to treat it. ElectroConvulsive shock Therapy though, done in a snap.

did you try Columbia University Lyme Research Studies

I thought I saw something on another community about psychiatric issues and
there was mention of them

Hi!  Client now in the hospital, research project folks not really helpful- I wish it were different.  I'll keep plugging away...

Hi!  Thanks Razzle (and everyone).  I did meet two new ones, was promising.  Though all the suggestions were good, I think those folks (that many of us know) are busy/overwhelmed.  Thanks.  If you want the info on who I met, you can pm me.
