I've been hearing alot its very important to add a cyst buster with rocephin to avoid relapse. So im going to ask my LLMD to prescribe it for me today. Should i ask for tindamax or flagyl? & How often should i take it since im on 2grams daily? Will i herx terribly with the 2 combined?

I was on Tindamax with my Invanz IV but it gave me a bad headache, so I was switched to Alinia and faired very well on it with no real side effects.

@susieq64 and @Lymie20
I wanted to see how you both are doing? I read Tindamax is more effective than flagyl and much easier to tolerate. I am allergic to flagyl & tinidazole so I can't take it. My doctor has put me on Alinia for the cyst buster and I will be pulsing it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off at 500mg twice daily.
I would love any info you can provide! Thank you!
