Tindamax or Flagyl with Rocephin?

Everyone keep saying its very important to take a cyst buster with rocephin. Since i only have 30 days on it So i want to know when i should start it? & should i take tindamax or flagyl & how often? Yesterday was my first dose

Normally LLMD's do prescribe you a cyst buster with your antibiotics. Have you talked to your LLMD yet about this? I was prescribed Flagyl in combination with Rocephin.

i actually did & he said he was going to add it after, im going to meet with him nxt wednesday so i'll bring it up then

Hi Everyone

Sorry to jump in, but I have recently been prescribed Flagyl and have just finished a 6 week course, I have been on treatment for 5 months, first 3 months I was on doxy, then flagyl, and now am on rifampicin,

Every time I change my meds, my LLMD only prescribes 1 antibiotic at a time, whereas everyone else seems to be on a combination of things.

Does this sound the norm to anyone, or is my LLMD not be aggressive enough. I was sick for at least 2 years before treatment and mainly have neurological symptoms, I also tested + for Bartonella. So far in 5 months I have not had any improvements, mainly worsening of symptoms.

Really worried this may be progressing.
