I have now been on ABX since last Sept inc 2 months of IV. I am not feeling any better but worse. My CD 57 was 3-39 last Oct and is now 1-37.  I am not getting anywhere here. I am taking loads of supplements and detoxing. I have just had to stop taking Factive for the Bartonella as my tendons are inflamed at the back of my knees.

Any suggestions please?

Hmmm. Maybe try a different antibiotic. Which one are you on? Are you with an LLMD? I was on antibiotics for a year and not until I switched to an LLMD and different antibiotics did I start to feel better. As a matter of fact, I believe I got worse on amoxicillin.

My LLMD keeps switching abx like pulsing them, not on anything at the moment had to stop the Factive/Alinia due to tendon problems.

Are you seeing a LLMD? That would be the first person to have a talk with - your doctor. "Plateauing" is not all that uncommon in long-term treatments. Switching abx may be the only option.

Something else to keep in mind, abx is not the route for everybody. They made me so ill that I became not only house-bound, but spent a lot of that time bed-bound as well. I had to use a more holistic type of medicine where they build up the body before attempting to kill off the tick-borne infections. There are quite a few different types of holistic medicine that are effective against tick-borne infections.
