Just wondering if anyone has tried Golden Seal as a possible avenue to relieve symptoms?

Ive just gone a brought some 1-a-day Vitamins and Mineral supplements and some Golden Seal herbal tablets 470mg. Apparently it has antibiotic properties, pretty sure it aint gonna give them spirochetes much of a fight as its not gonna be as affective as routine Antibiotics. Im sure that its worth a shot though. I just want this constant pain to go away.
Im trying to give my immune system some kind of kick start.

My docs are still giving me the run around, so im doing what i can for now.

Any advise would be greatly received.........i dont want to dig a bigger hole than im already in.

My favorite immune boosting supplements are Garlic, Green Tea and I used to use Licorice but it messed with my blood pressure. I would recommend Valerian Root and 5htp for any anxiety you have. There is something called Bandero/Samento on this board that alot of people swear by. It's like 33 dollars to start and I think I will be doing so soon. I would also recommend checking out the detox bath thread also. I started doing them last week and am liking the aftereffects. For the baths you need Espon Salt and Hydrogen Peroxide. If you have lyme you're gonna end up taking several supplements. Good luck

Oh yeah I used Goldenseal when I was younger but it was for a different reason. I'm not familiar enough with it to say yes or no.
