I like silence as far as anxiety. A nice cup of natural tea usually gets my mind quieted. I have terrible days where all I do is cry, but it feels good to let it all out. I just get sick of people knowing about
me and thinking they understand is all. Sometimes I'll go to a random place where no one knows me so that I can just 'be' in a sense. It's nice to be anonymous. I think nature really helps..walking, running, and such. At the type, exercise leaves me exhausted and hurting, but afterwards..my mind seems to be calmer and the anxiety not there anymore.
