Hello everyone,
I was so happy to have found this site. Reading everyone's stories and seeing how common this really is helped me a lot I believe.
I'm an 18 year old college student who just graduated from high school & college, and I never seem to know when to stop. I feel like I'm losing part of myself, and I can't seem to slow down. I have had Lymes for probably almost a year now, and I was a great athlete before. I find myself dreading running because I ache all of the time. But, essentially it makes me feel better.
I have a few questions if anyone wanted to let me in on things..?
Is there a better diet to eat? I have been semi-veg for about two years now..so I only eat fresh fish and eggs, and occasional tuna, for meat. Any great food plans?
Also, does exercise seem to help any of you? I refuse to let my body dictate to my mind sometimes. I hate it.
And, I'm trying a naturopathic remedy type thing right now..and I'm supposed to start a cylcle of meds here pretty quick, but it sounds like I will be on them for quite awhile. Is this common? And, are there any 'cures' out there?
Much love,
-S
