Morning is the best for me too, at this point. Didn't used to be !!!
The sedentary 'evening hours'-- watching TV or just being inactive-- are when my muscle aches can crop up. If I get up and DO something, the pain will go away but comes right back when I'm inactive again.
Perpetual motion is just not an option. LOL ...even if it means being pain free. I mean you have to sit or lie down eventually!
Thankfully, lying in bed to go to sleep isn't that bad for me. Pain melts away with ZZZZZZZZZZ's.
