tetracycline

Hi everybody,  I am new here and I want to start by saying that I love this forum.  Tons of helpful information.  I am sorry to hear that so many people are living with this horrible disease.  I wish all of you the best.    My story is a lot like lots of others so I won't go into it all.  In short I was diagnosed in February of this year and have been sick for 20+ years.  Started with 6 months of Biaxin and Plaquenil.  I didnt have any problems with these except for a little trouble sleeping.   Three weeks ago I was switched to Tetracycline 750 mg twice a day.  I would like to hear other peoples experiences with this medication.  I am not tolerating it well at all.  The nausea is unbearable along with the stomach pains that kind of feel like contractions.  Any suggestions? 

Thank you Achievinggrace for your response. I just couldnt force myself to take any meds yesterday or today and I feel so much better. I think I will try to start again tomorrow and try taking it with some crackers or toast.
