I might start taking it,even if I dont have lymes,I have a neurological illness,so need to know what a safe dosage is

You really should discuss this kind of thing with your primary care physician!

I agree!  Best to check with your dr for sure.

I was taking it and accidentally found online where it is contraindicated with one of the abx I was taking for babesia (Malarone) so I quit taking it. 

Apparently taking it at the same time takes away some of the effectiveness of my abx.  Definitely best if the dr knows everything that a person takes.

I am taking ubiquinol CoQ10. However I have late stage Lyme and I was muscle tested for it and the dosage amount to take by my MD who treats Lyme successfully. I wouldn't take it without the supervision of my doctor.

Yeah,i'll ask ND next week...though it isnt toxic if you take too much or too little,and im not on abx

I work with a nutritionist and he told me not to take it...not sure why. So, I don't take it... I'm meeting with him again in a couple of weeks to begin chelation for mercury and other toxins. Can't wait to begin that because toxins/mercury can cause a lot of problems for us too.
