Brain MRI/MRA DONE...

Tonight I had an MRI & MRA done on my brain to check much damage Lyme has caused my brain and also to check the blood flow (angiogram) I get the report and images on a CD to pick up next tuesday!!
I am really grateful for the fact that my GP is willing to work with my Lyme doctor. He ordered this even though he doesn't treat late stage Lyme.
At least this part will be covered at 100%!! He is using my brain symptoms and my seizure I had last year as the reason to justify getting this done tonight!

I had my second injection of the amino acid, peptide solution and woke up feeling energized a bit! Which was nice for a change!!
I get my last two iron infusions done and we'll see if the iron holds as a result of getting the peptides! I'm crossing my fingers and saying prayers this works!

My herbal/homeopathic treatment is working nicely. I still have brain swelling, but since she increased the neuro anti-toxin II, I dont have the intense ammonia smell currently. She also tested me for and put Pinella in my regiment!

I see an MD who uses integrated medicine and she does muscle response testing. By using this method, she went through my major organs and found where the lyme has gotten into. My left kidney is good, it's my right kidney that has for years, always given me problems. I have been in the ER many, many times over the past 15 years for tests that indicate that I have kidney stones in the right kidney... but I never pass them. (I'm sure I would know if I did) Could Lyme somehow affect the kidney in such a way that it can show on the ultrasound??? not sure, but all I know is it's the same on again, off again kind of pain and same area that is always affected each time I have a flare up!

I was looking into the Pinella myself for my neuro issues so when I saw the other one Pinellia, I was curious.

Apparently they are 2 seperate herbs.

Here is what I found:

PINELLA - "a potent herbal aid for neurological and nervous cleansing"

PINELLIA - " harmonizes stomach, controls vomiting, dries dampness, removes phlegm, disperses accumulation and swelling - vomiting, cough and dyspnea, chest distention, stroke, phlegm-blockage causing fainting, wind-phlegm, dizziness, headache, insomnia"

No wonder they are confusing-hope the NP's don't make a mistake.

 

I doubt the NP's will make that kind of mistake - I was the one confused!! LOL! Some days.....that is still soooo easy to confuse me!!!

That's funny scorp! That's is true... you wouldn't have to worry about the phlegm! :)

I haven't gotten the results back yet. I am going to the hospital that they were done at tomorrow to pick up my images and report on CD to take home! I'll update as soon as I get those results! I'm anxious!!
