I'm armed with knowledge, and I have my first appointment with an LLMD on January 3rd. Very grateful to all who have commented on my introductory post, and I'm especially grateful to achievinggrace for your candid advice. Thank you.

I will continue to participate here, and I do intend to follow up after my appointment with the LLMD. In the meantime I'm just a little busy getting ready for the holidays, and trying my hardest to enjoy this time of year rather than dwell on how crampy and sore I've been feeling lately. At least my headaches haven't been too bad for the last week. :-)

Went to NYC to see the Rockettes Christmas show last week, and boy did I pay for all that walking around at the end of the day!

Please be careful to not over-do too much, plan to rest as much as you can, eat and drink as closely as you can to what you know you should be doing and hopefully you won't have too many days where you have to 'pay' for them!!
