Looking back, I've been pounding for over a year, when I was at my gynocologist and complained of a pounding heart (thinking maybe it was hormonal, she ignored me) so pre- tickbite, and it got worse in April when the iron deficiency hit, also pre- tickbite. No wonder I'm tired.
Right now, I am thinking it's been caused by candida & iron deficiency rather than the Lyme, and the abx for the Lyme actually made it all worse, hence the LLMD stopping the abx and switching to Fluconazole. He said something about
creating a clear playing field.
So far today, not doing too bad, there is a difference with being on the Fluconazole (day 3), so hoping it's helping, and hoping I won't have one of the dreaded extra-pound episodes that tends to come between 6pm and 9pm.
How on earth does one find time for it all?
Taking the different pills at different times with the right foods, snacks, making Green Water, detoxing, I find it hard to get it all done and do what needs done in "daily life" as well.
And, yes, Traveler, the heart being overall calmer, I'd say generally 10-15 beats slower per minute is an immense relief. I'm walking around in disbelief, terrified that it's going to start over 100 again, I wonder how many days it will take before I dare believe it and can relax a little.
