Taking biaxin

I am planning on starting Biaxin as soon as possible. I was taking amoxicillin for lymes and I am also on amox/kclav for the reoccurant UTI's ive been getting. I looked up to see if there were any drug interactions with biaxin, it says that biaxin does interact with amoxicillin, but it is minor. I've been taking amoxicillin for a month, does that mean I will need to wait a month for the amoxicillin to clear out of my system? Also if i take the biaxin now, after having the amoxicillin in my system will that effect its effectiveness?
