Kefir is a good product to take too. Is in the dairy section by the yogurt in most stores, can also make yourself if you buy the seeds. Not really seeds, they are lumps of the kefir for a starter. Much like yogurt but more fermented. Have read pickled cabbage, miso, pickled and fermented veggies etc. are good too. Anything fermented. Kefir was recommended for me and I take same as probiotics. Also use the organic. 2 hours before or after antibiotics. With food or wait until after eating. Apparently works better on full stomach but still need the 2 hours before or after antibiotics so you do not kill off the good guys. We are organic veggie farmers and eat almost everything organic. Have been eating mostly paleo for years. Use the ancient grains if any. Tell others I am an ancient, have not evolved
