Is this symptom a herx or candida?

I have a terrible sore and swollen throat today. I have not been feeling well for the past 4 weeks. Total exhaustion and lots of new symptoms.

I also have had oral thrush for the past 2 months. When I first got it, it caused a pretty bad swallowing problem and soreness which made it impossible to swallow anything for days.

I still have some nystatin left over, but I'm not sure if I should take it. It helped my esophagus last time, but did nothing for my mouth. I tried many things for my throat today and finally resorted to using advil which isn't doing anything. Now it's the weekend and I am hoping that it's not going to spread into my esophagus so that I can't swallow again.

Is there a way to tell if this is just another herx symptom or Candida getting out of control again?

I don't feel like it's a viral sore throat. My other symptoms are the same..........pretty bad.
