Anyone else had pain and swelling in scar tissue?

I'm sorta frustrated. I had a good day, talked to my doc and we were both encouraged that after 1 month on abx, my herxing had calmed and I was able to manage my symptoms each day. I have had quite a bit of shoulder and arm pain in my right arm since day 1. After starting abx I got lots if swelling in that arm and pain I haven't felt since my teens when I tore my rotator cuff. My doc told me that due to the previous injury in the rt arm, he wasn't surprised that I was having pain and swelling and suggested GSE to help with swelling and told me to continue with my lymph node drainage.

So the day after the call I started to notice some lumps in my abdomen in the fatty tissue around the right side of my belly button and out from there. My dic had told me that lipomas might appear as we are working on my thyroid but as we got it regulated they'd likely go away. Though I may have some lipomas, I'm thinking they are larger and more painful. Then I remembered that I had gallbladder surgery 4 years ago and the pain feels just like after the surgery. Could the Lyme be moving or could it already be in the scar tissue there and be fighting? I do Maya abdominal massage every day so I'm aware of lumps and bumps previously there and these weren't there to this degree and with swelling and pain. Anyone else experience pain and swelling during treatment where they have scar tissue or an injury?

So I took an epsom salt bath this am afte being in pain and still having swelling in my abdomen. The swelling went down but the pain is still there, better though. I thought that since my llmd is far away, I'd go see my GP just to rule anything out. She said that it can be irritation of my GI due to the abx causing the discomfort. She gave Neva prescription for pepcid and ordered some blood work to see how my liver functions are doing along with a regular CDC. I will await those results. She also sent me in for an ultrasound to rule out liver, kidney and pancreas inflamation and glaring issues. Ultra sound was normal though lots of gas in GI tract. So the organ imaging is encouraging. I did learn that scar tissue does not show up on ultrasounds so I couldn't figure out if I have any adhesions. Until I hear back about blood work, it looks like Lyme is the diagnosis!

So... TO Pepcid or not to Pepcid? Just curious since I know it decreases stomach acids, may relieve my heart burn, sore throat and pain in GI area. I do know that some drugs need the acid to break down. My diet is an anti candida diet and my lemon water and detoxing helps. But with antibiotics I hear they can make your stomach more acidic. So wondering what others feel about taking something like Pepcid ...
