I actually can't use coconut oil due to allergy to coconut, but I've read where it has natural antifungal properties (capryllic acid, or something like that)...
I've read that you can just take a spooful of the coconut oil and eat it plain, put it on salad, find it in capsules, cook with it, apply to your skin, etc. Lots of ways to get it in...
I would think it would be more effective against yeast if the coconut oil is eaten raw/uncooked though...
