weird yeast (I think) effect from zhangs bart and viral treatments

so i was feeling not too bad before (tuesday-Friday am) a very cold and rainy day in N California

then a very heavy rain hit and it was immediate..little more anxiety and that deep head pain and even lung burning that i associate with molds-fungus-yeast. Plus, I woke up yesterday and temps were 0.5 a degree worse/lower

also, i had this burning again, that i believe is a yeast infection in lower bowels, the best way to describe it is a burning in lower bowels that make me feel and think of having a bm, but i cannot.  I had more of this 18 months ago or so, when i believe this yeast issue began and was worse..

I think this yeast infection orginally came on 18 months or so ago, after 2 months of a very strong abx

somehow the HH tabs or coptis or R-5081 since they are anti bacterial, must have upset the eco-balance in my gut, as nothing else has changed really in last two weeks and there have been rains before this winter, where i was not affected as bad and in as broad a fashion as it was yesterday

OR I have read on  the enzymetica site (the maker of the product virastop) that treating virals seems  to increase yeast for whatever reason. I think somehow this yeast flare up is occuring as a few days ago, just 2 pieces of bread seemed to set up a body ache and hands stiffening up and that was a new one..not that i eat a lot of bread anyway..but i have had a sandwhich before and a month ago, it gave me no herx and this time it was like plain organic bread (what a healthy joke) with nothing on it

yes, basically organic chicken (i know grain fed) and veggies (broccoli-cauliflower-); however on a few mold fungus sites, they suggest avoiding sulfur foods..eat a few yams every week

stopped drinking tea..no milk, only dairy is a small butter slice on veggies

I stay away from root veggies-potatoes

i am starting these herbs that another lyme friend which includem Barberry bark, Cascara Sagrada bark, Cayenne, Ginger, Lobelia Herb, Red Raspberry Leaves, Turkey Rhubarb, Fennel, Golden Seal Root, Olive Leaf

i feel the mold in my lungs but this could be referred burning as I believe in chinese medicine lungs are sister organ to large intestine and this is where the burning is occasionally felt..cholestyramine does not seem to address though but that may be as it does not make it though small intestine to large intestine

appreciate any thoughts
