anyone else's symptoms worse at night?

I'm curious whether others experience their symptoms peaking at night? Started new abx & herbs couple weeks back, after initial herx, symptoms are mostly mild during the day but waking me bolt upright during the night. (Of course, rarely the same symptoms two days in a row! Could be knee pain, burning feet/legs, hot flashes or even a vivid bad dream). I have been trying hot baths & reading in the evening when I have time, no "screen-time" after 8pm, listening to meditations or music in the middle of the night to try and go back to sleep. Right now, am tired of being tired. Do others experience this? What helps you?

This is definitely true for me as well. I often wake up feeling okay only to experience a rapid deterioration by the afternoon. It seems that I feel better a little bit longer if I've gotten more than 6 hours of sleep the night before. In such cases I find I might make it until around 6 o' clock before I start feeling lousy again.

If it's any consolation, I go through periods where the symptoms are worse at night, but I also have periods where out of nowhere that'll change and I'll sleep through the night like a baby.

My rule of thumb when symptoms get overwhelming, whether at night or just in general, is to detox more - to drink more lemon water, pay extra attention to my diet, and to make sure I'm doing epsom baths or sauna regularly. Are you detoxing?

Yep...me too. TERRIBLE at night. First crash between 12-2pm then I completely shut down between 5-6pm.

YEP. That's exactly me, too.

My "time is from roughly 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm....probably due to wearing down from a day at work and such....

6pm - 11am is the worst
