Uh oh, pharmacy never received my script, and now they don't have my abx in stock!

So yesterday I called the pharmacy to ask them to call my LLMD for a new script for my ABX since my current refill ran out (this is what the doc office asked me to do), to which the pharmacist replied "no problem, we'll take care of it." Well, today when I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready, I was told that they never heard back from the doc's office. The pharmacist was prepared to give me some to hold me over since I just took my last dose tonight, but when he checked, they were out of stock on my antibiotic (cefpodoxime). He ordered it while I was on the phone, but he said he can't guarantee that it will be delivered tomorrow morning as is usually the case when they order before 5pm (tonight he ordered at 5:45pm). So tomorrow morning I have to call the doc office first thing and ask them to send in the script, and then hopefully the pharmacy will get the cefpodoxime by lunch time. Otherwise, I will miss 2 doses of my ABX, which is one day.

Should I be worried over one day?

Thanks, I'm hoping one day without it won't make any difference but I do tend to stress out a bit when it comes to missing doses. That's probably because I went through a period in the early days of treatment when the docs (not my current LLMD) were refusing to extend my treatment and I lost ground. I think that traumatized me a bit.
