i have lyme and canaid. i was told no gluten dairy, no sugar, no alchol. stevia is good tho no caffine but you can have ground coffee not often gree tea, water alot of veggies. i cant have eggsright now.
corn is good, brown rice, kaha, oat(gluten free), pototo bread, buckwheat glute free, quinoa, amararanth. thers a recpic in my book, borshcht you can make too, ( with no sourcream.
breakfast> yougrt and cinnome and some fruit., or turkry bacon, oats, smoothie with green and not alot of sugar and no dairy
lunch . brown rice with stir fry vegged and chicken.
supper green goodeds rice bowl
lemon rice
3 t cooked brown basmati rice
3 t ghee or live il
1/2 t coraider seeds
1/2 t cumin
3 T lemon jucie
greted rind of one lemon sea salt
prepare the rice and set to one side. heat the ghee or oil in frying pan over med geat add speicies and cook until they pop being careful not to burn them fold in the rice lemon juice ans lemon peel stirring well. add salt to taste ans serve warm as part of a baknced meal.
