Lemon water for detoxing

How much lemon juice do you all use for your lemon water?  I was squeezing probably 1/2 a lemon in 2-3 glasses of water per day, but I'm thinking that's no where near enough.  I also drink 4 cups of tea daily too, but don't put any lemon in that at all.  By the way, I usually drink Rooibos tea (African red bush) and/or green tea.

Things like lemon water and carrots are great for detoxing! They help the body in ways that a person might not notice quite as much, but they do help!!

Two things to watch for though - I was using lemon in my water, lots of lemon, and I started noticing that the inside of my mouth was shedding skin! A little bit bizarre I thought! But none the less, when I reduced the amount of lemon I was using, it stopped.

If you are having a lot of muscle twitching and spasming, I would highly encourage those people to NOT use lemon, and to avoid things like pickles and pickle relish - the acid in those items somehow increase those spasms and twitches in some people!! Ask me how I know! LOL!!!

so if you do have twitching, sometimes you souldnt use lemon water.
