Coffee enema Q and oil pulling

LOL!  Don't you know I would respond to coffee enema's?  LOL!

Okay, I bought my enema bag here:

It came with some extra's that I used and I found helpful.  This site also has lots of information.

I recommend that if you feel like you are "not" cleaned out, use clear water first (make sure the water is not cold but not hot, just warm enough to your wrist), then wait a day before using the organic coffee.  Also, don't fill up the bag all the way as that may backwash on you, oh golly, is there a nicer way to say all this?  I usually lay a towel down on my bathroom floor just in case.  I found the most important thing for me is to feel relaxed...

The oil pulling sounds great!  I always meant to try that and thanks for reminding me about that...

The coffee enema specifically pulls out more toxins - at least that's what I've read, I'm like Achievinggrace - I can't schedule in that much time!!

Keep up the good work, Borderlyme!! Detoxing is what has 'carried' me through! It's incredibly important! I only wish we could get the LLMD's to recognize the need for it!

Borderlyme, the enema bag I bought from the site I listed (I have no affiliation with this site) is very reusable, I still have the same bag from years ago...  Same hose, nozzle, do I need to go into more detail?  LOL!

LOL!  It is crazy the things we talk about!  A long time ago I posted an article "what your poop tells you about you"... or something like that.  Traveler had a good laugh about that!   Hey, laughter is good medicine and it's free!

The truth is coffee enema's have been around forever..  I even read about famous people who did coffee enema's including the late Princess Diana (yep, it was called the Royal Flush I think)... 

I know it's sounds gross and the idea of putting something foreign in that "area" sounds scary..   When I first heard about people doing it I said to myself "no way will I ever do that!" but I did.  Actually I didn't even want to invest in an enema bag so I put one of those disposable Fleet Enema's or the store brand and emptied it out and filled it with the organic coffee just to see..  It was kind of like an experiment..  Well, I did feel good after that so I decided to go full force with it and made the plunge to buy the real enema bag (pun intended)...

Before I had lyme, the least likely thing I'd be talking about is enemas - or looking at pictures of poop people post in threads about parasites! What the hell?

Now it's old hat. I think everybody should do coffee enemas. I even recommend it to friends. I'm sure they think I've lost my marbles.

Hey, we have no problem talking about what goes in our bodies so why get squeamish about what comes out? I'm all about learning more about the health of my body - even if my teacher has to be...poo...
