Thank you so much everyone!! It truly has been a long road for me. It'll be interesting to find out what I'll be like without having tick-borne infections raging through me! I've been infected since I was a small child, so no one knows me without my infections!
I am very well aware
how important these little upbeat updates can be for some, that's why I try to post my improvements! Don't forget, I was once the newbie needing encouragement and tons of help!! I remember how encouraging posts like this one could be for me! But I would like to thank all of you who joined in here - it has made it feel like a
real celebration, as only those here truly understand what an accomplishment this is sometimes! And don't worry too much - you too will be able to give reports like this as long as you stick to treatments!
Thank you all!! Thia ~ No, I'm not in the Northeast area of the US - sorry. I live in Northern Arkansas!! I've lived in many of the Western states and have searched for help from soooo many doc as well, so I can definitely sympathize with all!!
I finally turned to Holistic Medicine - for me it's been Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture and Western Herbalism that's saved me. There are several at home protocols that you could use. Here is a link to a list of the most common ones:
www.lymediseaseresource.com/Protocols.html I would not recommend using the Salt/C - it was created by Lyme patients (not doctors or researchers) and doesn't seem to take into consideration what that much salt can do to the body.
