I too have my coffee every morning - otherwise -

Now that I've admitted to that though - coffee really is bad for pushing the body into an acid state - which the bacteria really do throw a party when we do this, and it is very bad for those with adrenal problems.
My adrenals have started going down again, so I've been doing more reading on the subject again. I have decided that I have to cut back to only 1 cup of 1/2 caff coffee each day,but it's going sooooo slow!!! Every time I cut out even 1/2 cup, I get those lovely caffeine headaches!
But I'm determined to get down to that one cup of coffee each morning!!
If you are drinking full caffeine coffee, switch to the 1/2 caff stuff, it really doesn't taste much different, and it's much better for us while our bodies are struggling to heal.
Shabbychic - I wouldn't recommend it all the time, but when you are really needing something to just get through the rest of the day, you might want to try one of those 5 hour energy drinks. They don't use caffeine, but use vitamins instead (I believe). I'm not sure on the sugar content though. I carry one in my purse for emergencies, and I've used them before. Just be sure that you have about
6 or 7 hours left in your day if you use one!! They wire me enough so that I can't hardly lay still to go to sleep until after 6 or 7 hours!
