I have pain like that , and alot of the other symptoms your daughter is having ringing ears , low blood pressure, dizziness , anxiety etc
I am still learning what helps . Gluten , , grain, dairy and frankenfood FREE really makes a huge difference ! And it take take a week or more to show signifcant reduction in the pain and stiffness . So give it a chance and make sure not getting any hidden sources of it . Also stay away from nightshade foods ( potatoes, tomatoes,eggplant , peppers ) In other words do an elimination diet and stay away from foods that could be causing inflammation or auto immune reactions . It really does help if you do it correctly . I still struggle with staying on the plan , but whenever I get a good stretch in and really eliminate the offending foods I notice such a big improvement!
Topically I really like Tiger Balm, and whenI am really hurting I will rub it across my forehead, my joints ( elbows, knees , neck , even feet , I think it helps .. it has homeopathics in it and i like the sensation it gives .
I do think the turmeric does help a bit , and so does cayenne if she can stand hot foods
Iknow potassium and magnesium help some people , its helped me at points .
I hope she feels better , I know how bad it feels :-(
