I never took Astragalus, what makes me feel good is my continuation of detoxing, exercise, and just eating healthy. The only supplements I take now is Green Vibrance and CALM (magnesium).
Exercising really gives me lots of energy! I do aerobic walking (Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds) DVD. I love the 3 mile - takes about 45 minutes and it's a great workout!
