Forgive me for just moving your thread, Ihateticks, without answering it as well! I had to run out for a couple of hours. Sorry!
Welcome to our forum!! I'm so sorry that you have had such issues so far! Hopefully with what you learn here, you can ease your symptoms and make a few friends here!
I would highly encourage you to read through the "New to Lyme? Start here!" if you haven't already, as it's packed full of important information, symptom lists (as Lyme rarely travels alone), informative links and more.
In the second post in that thread, you will see that the bottom half of it is about
detoxing. Please do read through this carefully, as we all need to be helping our bodies to detox. As the bacteria die off (both naturally and from abx like treatments), they produce toxins, which drive our symptoms.
www.encognitive.com/node/5768By dry skin brushing, taking the Epsom Salt soaks, eating as healthy as we can and drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily (you can add lemon juice to the water if you aren't experiencing muscle cramps/twitches/spasms), you will go a long way towards helping your body to heal, and lessen the severity of the symptoms.
You will also need to enable your email option in your profile, as we don't allow Dr's names & contact info to be posted here for a number of reasons. Thanks!
