I have constant headaches since more than 15 years, I learned to live with them, although it's very tiring. I try to avoid painmeds, only take them when I can hardly open my eyes.
I experience all sorts of headaches, there's always the constant one - the one I ignore. It's located on the top of my head or on my forehead, it's 'mild'.
There's the severe stinging headaches on the top left side of my head, I need to stop everything I do, I can't sit up, and then it just goes. I sometimes get the severe stinging ones behind my eyebrows or under my eyes (I don't have sinusitis).
Sometimes it's on the temple too, stinging kind of.
They're mostly located on the left side of my head, but not always.
There's also tension headache when I get too much stress: easy to solve with a few or just one visit to the osteopath. A warm pad in the back of my neck can also help to sooth it down.
I think the headaches are one of the first symptoms I experienced.
