So this morning, well afternoon, I woke up with terrible vertigo. I don't know what's causing it. I thought maybe it could be just another symptom, or it could be my epilepsy (I have experienced vertigo once before I had a partial complex seizure). But then I also though it might be from all the supplements I'm on. I'm taking B6, magnesium, digestive enzymes, betaine and pepsin, LVR, glutathione, probiotic and microb-x. Is it possible that these or a combination any could be causing my vertigo?

FWIW my first symptom with Lyme was vertigo. I was on no meds, so I couldn't attribute it as a side effect of something. And now that I am nearing remission it's one of the last to go. My assumption is that the bacteria's in my inner ear where balance is maintained in the body.

Chances are that it's the infections, not the supplements that you mentioned. I would suggest that you do some reading here on orthostatic intolerance and Lyme disease:

You are most welcome for any part I had in helping!
I had to go searching for this info for myself not all that long ago! I would almost pass out every time I stood up, and if I tried to stand up from a 'squat', I had to hold on to something because I would always black out for just a moment. My kids used to always hold on to me to help steady me when ever I stand back upright.
So please be careful, as you can hurt yourself when blacking out.

Yes, I have the same issue, especially when I'm hot, like standing up to get out of a bath. And I have had syncope when running before. I have had vasovagal (SP?) problems since I was a child. It used to interfere with my breathing, but it has turned into the syncope and black outs when standing up. My LLMD mentioned POTS to me, but didn't really go into detail.

I couldn't tolerate being hot in any way when this was at it's worst for me, but it only makes sense that heat makes it a bit worse.
I don't think that LLMD's can really go into much detail about
all of our symptoms, and we couldn't afford that long of appts!! LOL!
