Lyme and Rosacea?

Since I contracted Lyme, Bartonella and Babesia last year, I have experienced horrible facial flushing.  It looks like a perfect Lupus butterfly rash. After a biopsy of the rash, it appears to be rosacea.  Random?

Can Rosacea be triggered by tick-borne diseases?   (this is my red-hot face)!

I have had rosacea for years and have been on metrocream. Take a couple of weeks for improvement. I was diagnosed with lyme last August and didnt notice any change in my rosacea symptoms with the lyme.
