Hi Lymer,
I understand your frustration very well...
I've come to a point that I (mostly) don't care anymore. My healing process and the challenge of coping with all of those symptoms is the most important thing right now. If they don't want to be part of that world, they can just... well, there's many expressions for that...
I avoid people that pull me down, and I ignore stupid remarks. Cause that's how I consider them: plain stupid. Not worth investing my energy in.
I have been able to inform some people around me about the seriousness of this disease, by showing them some documentaries. They saw the link between me and the documentary, and that's a great relief.
Just look at yourself: you're doing a great job working and taking care of a todler, and doing your household, plus you're fighting a very tough battle... That's much more than a normal person should be doing... Be proud of yourself, pat yourself on the shoulder.
We have a saying in Dutch: the best steersmen are ashore... that says it all.
