I did copy this protocol because I like what was written here, also because a lot of the stuff I am taking is on that list.
I would like to say one thing, just be careful of taking such high doses of stuff that you have not previous taken. My LLMD always likes me to work my way up to the higher dose.
I saying this because with teasel root, lots of Lyme patients can't handle it, I can but in only small doses. I know this because I took what the bottle said to start with , and I was sick for two days, really sick. So Now I only take on drop a day, until my body can handle more.
I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did, and it wasn't because of what was written here I got sick, this happened before I copied the protocol. I haven't converted over to it , because I do like the buhner protocol and I have added to it as I saw fit to.
I have adjusted my life for this Lyme disease, like I am sure most other people have as well. I am gluten, sugar, and now dairy free. I do one smoothie a day with chia seeds, cilantro, and either fruit or veggies , or sugar free coco.
I am having more good days than bad days, thanks to everyone on this site, and my sheer determination to get better. I will post what I am taking on another post, but just wanted to chime in here.
