Ok I know I have lyme and I've had it for a while.  Been going to lyme

dr. but thought I would go on my own.  So I got Dr.Js book and ordered

 everything I would need.  I also got a infrared sauna.  Well I'm starting to

tingle I've had it before but not like this.  In my right hand and legs now

comes and goes.  Went and found a herbalist in my town,talked to her told her I was tired of all the itching.  Then she preceded to tell me that's not

good for the mylin sheath of the nerves and could cause MS, so my worst

own enemy the internet.  Was looking up biological dentist thinking about

having all my almagram fillings removed to help my immune system and

low and behold they started to talk about all the heavy metal toxicity the

produce and could cause MS.  Dr. J I think mentioned heavy metal toxicity

and tingling... The reason I itch so bad is I have yeast Issues, The anxiety

is coming back.....any input...

I would get the fillings removed. You can support your body during that process, and then you can begin getting rid of other toxic issues inside you.

I can't imagine anyone would tell you to detox, chelate, etc etc, while keeping those fillings inside you. Unless of course it was to support your body and help in the meantime. Sooner or later, those fillings should/would/do need to come out.

Can I ask you how much you paid for your sauna, and how that was going for you (until the tingling). Do you feel as though the purchase was worth it?

The herbalist you went and saw.... do they have any experience in lyme? Do they have any experience or knowledge about toxicity? ..... let us know what they said.

You are concerned about MS, or developing MS. But did you know that a lot of people with MS, end up being diagnosed with bloodwork as lyme instead.... meaning it is the lyme and coinfections that are the problem and need treating, rather than worrying about MS.

"so my worst own enemy the internet"..... how do you mean? There is some fascinating and extremely helpful and informative information out there. A CONSIDERABLE amount more than any herbalist can give you. Not sure what you were referring to, so you may need to elaborate there.

Don't beat yourself up over anything. Interested to hear more.

Ok I have anxiety, and when I read things that up set me my anxiety goes

through the roof.  I have tingling now, didn't have much before, I started

the Dr. J protocol but now I have a lot and also I have some numbness that

come and go.  I thought maybe it was because I quit abx and started

the Dr.J protocol and sometimes you get rid of one symptom and then

another appears, but it might be nerves I don't know I don't want nerve

damage. Will ask about something to support the nerves..   I am taking the

the CNS/ PNS FOR the nerves doesn't seem to be helping.  Yes I will get

my metal fillings out which will cost me lots of money. Love candy have lots of fillings.. (Hopefully someone has a payment plan for this)  I do like my sauna the reason I bought It was to help detox the heavy metal, and

help my low body temp. My low body temp stays around 97.0  The sauna cost about $2,500. it has a bench so  2 people can fit in there

easily.  This darn disease just makes me madder than ****I have spent so much money on it. First for years went to DR.dr/ try to find out what was wrong.  Now all the supplements, pills lyme dr. anxiety....meds...

it just never ends....Yes I do know I have lyme and not MS.  looking for biological dentist ran across video's saying that people with MS have high heavy metal,blah blah blah just got anxiety going just can't look things up Traveler usually does for me.. bless her heart....

Hi Moon,

Hang in there, hon! Here is my two cents:

1. Absolutely get the metal fillings out by a biological dentist only. There is a payment plan called Care Credit that many practitioners have. I used it at a biological dentist in Phoenix. Ask the prospective dentist about it.

2. The sauna is a good investment!

3.. The itching could very well be yeast. Yeast and metals are connected. Need to get the metals out! Stop eating sugar and refined flour! this is a must, I am afraid.

4. One thing at a time, hon! It is a process :) You are on the right track for sure with the biol. dentist and the sauna.

5. Are you taking things to bind heavy metals? Chlorella is good.

6. Make sure any herbalist or ND you see is experience in CHRONIC LYME!

Hope this is not overwhelming..take one step at a time, hon. You are on the right track!
