No clue where to post this. Sore on butt

I apologize in advance for the nature of this email. I have gotten a sore on my butt cheek just inside the crack that has been there for about a month now. I thought it was going away and then it started hurting again today and I've noticed it's now bigger and a second smaller one has appeared on the opposite cheek. They are dark purple. I've not been sexually active in at least a year so it can't be that. I don't even use public restrooms so I'm totally clueless. I really hate to go to a Dr to have my butt examined. I have a picture that & I've cropped out everything but the sore. Right now it's roughly the size of a penny. Any thoughts?

I would see a dr if I were you, you might need antibiotics for it, since it's been there for a while now. Are you getting treated for Lyme or coinfections (I see this is your first post)?

Does it hurt? does it itch? is it dry? is it producing discharge?
