Hello...I usually post on the anxiety forum because that's all I've ever really been diagnosed with but I have had my suspicions about Lymes. My question is.......is it possible to have a negative Lymes antibody test and still have Lymes? I have suffered with symptoms for about two and a half years now. They are: dizziness, trembling muscles, muscle twitches, tingling all over, light sensitivity and fatigue. I have seen every type of doctor under the sun and had all the big tests like MRI's and blood work. What I keep going back to is the fact that a year before this started I was bit in the face during the night. I never knew what bit me but it was horrific. I had redness, swelling and pain. I remain concerned that this is some sort of Lymes infection and its being misdiagnosed and untreated. My symptoms haven't progressed but haven't gone away either. I can say that I have no pain, swelling, joint problems or fevers. I only have the symptoms mentioned above. Any information would be appreciated. I would also like to maybe see a doctor more educated about Lymes. Thanks for reading this post.
